So a Chinese spy targeted Representative Swalwell back in 2014 (when he was a city councilman) and when the fact that the person was a spy was brought to his attention by U.S. intelligence officials in 2015, he immediately cut off all contact. Swalwell is not accused or suspected of any impropriety. Not seeing what the issue is.
