Any Alan Parsons Project fans out there? I just found out this morning that Eric Woolfson (the other half of the Project, and a successful musical-theater artist in his own right after he and Alan went their separate creative ways) died of cancer on December 2. He was only 64. I am seriously bummed about this. I never met Eric, but if he was even half as nice and utterly classy as Alan, then I’m sorry I never got the chance.

RIP, Eric.

There’s already [a thread](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=542443&highlight=alan+parsons+project), so I’m going to close this one.
