# error message

I hope you guys come through again.  
I have a game called" angry birds", it is loaded onto a dell latitude d630 and it worked fine until about a week ago.  
It starts to load then I get an error message- ?:0: attempt to perform arithmetic on a table value (call stack not available)  
I have another game called “angry birds in space” and this one works fine.  
HELP !!!

A quick Google search shows lots of people having this problem and not lots of people offering solutions.

And now we have one more of each.

I Googled it too and came up with nothing, other than you’re certainly not the only one with the issue.

All I can recommend is going to [Rovio’s support page](http://www.rovio.com/en/support/faq&support_category_id=1) and clicking “Ask Question” at the bottom, and post the error message.

Enable viewing of [hidden files](http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/how-to-see-hidden-files-in-windows/). If you’re running XP go to C:\Documents and Settings{username}\Application Data\Rovio, for Vista/7 go to C:\Users{username}\AppData\Roaming\Rovio. Delete the settings.lua file and try running the game again.

Maybe rename it or make a backup copy before deleting it, just in case?
