I for one don’t see how any of Esprix’s cites paint the defendant as a homophobe unless you’re being overly sensetive about it. Which I think a lot of people on this board are. Ace seems like an okay guy to me. ---

**gobear** , I pick my battles. And **Ace O’ Spurts** isn’t worth getting my dander up about. He spends all his time here poking at people on one side of an argument or the other, or frequently both sides, trying to egg people into fighting with each other. You poke at people long enough, and sooner or later, somebody’s gonna get tired of it and wallop you. And **Ace** seems to derive considerable satisfaction from it when it happens. Getting people pissed off makes him happy; who am I to interfere with another’s happiness? ---

I know it’s 4 or 5 pages into this thread now and know one gives a shit, but it is so tiring seeing thread after thread ran off the tracks by someone saying anything regarding gay men. I know what Ace was saying but it was immediately shoved to the side by the infamous “SDMB Gay Wrecking Crew”. Christ. And how the fuck does this Esprix guy get pitted so much? And it is almost always related in some way to his gayness or someone elses straightness. I think december is the only doper to get pitted more often.
