Yes, **Guin** I think, you’ve summed it up pretty well. Perhaps this thread out to concentrate on **Esprix** ’s being an ass as this seems to be a new phenomenon. I have to admit I’m somewhat appalled at **Esprix** comments. Bad enough to say it once, but to repeat it three times after having an opportunity to reflect?!? If some poster were to say to **Esprix** “You’re such a prissy drama queen. What you need is some pussy. **Hastur** , no, I don’t think it’s about being offended by anal sex. As a woman, I’ve had people say to me, “All you need is to get laid.” In other words, that all a woman needs is to be fucked by the right guy and then she’ll be okay. Or whatever. Guin: So, Esprix shouldn’t have said that? Why? I find how people have recasted his words to be interesting. I figured it came purely from the often annoying and perjorative words used to describe his caller. I thought with all his bitching it came off as “methinks the lady doth protest too much.” I did not see a suggestion of rape or force of any kind. I saw Esprix’s remark akin to a suggestion to remove the stick in his ass. YMMV. ---

After if anything epitomizes gay men, it’s our Wildean wit and sense of style. And for cattiness concealed in honeyed words, I recommend repeated viewings of _The Women_ and _All About Eve_. **Esprix** needs to acknowledge that he went too far and apologize. **Ace** needs to accept the apology and adopt a less hysterical tone in this thread. ---

I heartily endorse GOBEAR’s post. ESPRIX was out of line IMO, and by a long ways. And now his response is basically “I did it on purpose.” Well, noted.
