My! My! A most surprising turn of events. Welcome aborad **thegrimspectreofdeath**! Posting in the pit has never been so …well…warm, pink & fuzzy. Although have we yet to determine the identity of **SpankyMalone** who could not possibly have forseen the gracious attitude of **thegrimspectreofdeath**? Post Preview: “The gracious attitude of the grim spectre of death ?” Does that strike anyone else as amusing or are these meds _finally_ beginning to work ? ---

One more thing, **Grimmy** : With your username being waht it is, expect tons of funny, not-so-funny, and just flat-out dumb (such as the one I just used) variations on your name. I think it’s pretty damn good one, but it’s so bleedin’ long that it’s _bound_ to attract some “attention”. All-in-all, a very auspicious start. ---

**thegrimspectreofreddeath** : I like your style. Don’t sweat some of the whiny word nazi bitches that hang out here. A few people here are seriously lacking in the sense of humor department. Don’t let that stop ya. The majority is way cool over here, and I’ve met alot of really good people. I partake on some music message boards, and I like the style that includes fat jokes, mama jokes, gay jokes, ethnic jokes. Shit’s funny. Laughing is good. And I actually have the skill to laugh at something simply because it is funny, without adopting it as my moral philosophy (i.e. I don’t hate fat people, gay people, or even your mama). But a couple bastards around here come down on you for using language differently then reccomended by the dictionary. Then they haul out there book of PC. Fuck 'em. Can’t take jokes. Language is fun. Sometimes I like to talk in a sensible intelectual fashion, and other times, I just wanna bust out my street corner lingo, breaking grammar rules and social taboos at the same time. What fun. The best part of this board for me, is the deep conversation on big issues (War, Religion, Science). Fun stuff that you can’t find everywhere. Oh, the other best part is the sex. Some real nice tips on Oral Sex if you wanna use the search feature in MPSIMS (and maybe General Questions). Enjoy. Welcome. DaLovin’ Dj ---

Yo, **dj**! You’ve had your head handed to you a couple of times over language & usage. You _really_ want to get that started again? Gratutitous “Bastard” calling will surely get another one rolling. “Language Nazi” will put you back in the sights again, too. Whether or not _you_ like derogatory jokes is beside the point. Use 'em around here, and be prepared to be called to task. Pretty good advice, otherwise, especially about the “search” function and some of the fun subjects you can find with it… ---

Dalovindj I think you just confirmed for me that you truly are a prize wanker. You’ve joined a community where racial slurs, fat jokes, mama jokes and gay jokes generally are not welcome or accepted. So what do you do in your supreme wisdom? Invite a newbie to make those sorts of jokes because you personally find them amusing. Way to go. ---

And surprisingly, I actually am able to realize they aren’t insulting my mother, and take the jokes as lighthearted plays on words. How exactly does one go from “what you say offends me” to “Word Nazi?” Oh, I know - the belligerence of the one making the slur. You’re free[sup]\*[/sup] to say as you wish, **dj** , but now that people have told you that certain things you say offend them, by continuing to say them it speaks volumes for the kind of person you are. The choice, as it has always been, is entirely yours.
