# Eureka: did an episode air on Fri. Sept. 3, 2010?

I’ve searched the Syfy channel, TV Guide, IMDB, and the SDMB and can’t find out if an episode of Eureka aired on Friday, September 3, 2010. I can’t get into this show, but hubby likes it, so I programmed the DVR to record all episodes of Eureka (new and re-runs). We were out of town Sept. 2-5. After our return home, upon checking for recorded shows, there wasn’t a Eureka episode for Sept. 3. We’re not having a quarrel over this, but he has mentioned it a few times, insinuating that I screwed up the recording somehow. I told him I had programmed the DVR to record all episodes, which tells me that NO episode of Eureka aired that evening. Can you provide a link to a site that shows Eureka did not air Friday, Sept. 3, 2010? Thanks.

[Official Eureka Writer’s Blog entry](http://eurekaunscripted.typepad.com/blog/2010/09/the-mid-season-end-is-nigh.html) explaining that they didn’t air an episode that day due to the holiday weekend. They took a one-week break so the mid-season finale could air without distractions and to a full audience. Hope this helps!
