What are the rules for when foreigners can enter the NBA draft? ---

[It sounds like they have to be 19 the year of the draft](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eligibility_for_the_NBA_Draft#Current_rules), and [haven’t lived in the U.S. in three years, didn’t graduate from a U.S. high school, and haven’t enrolled in a U.S. college](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eligibility_for_the_NBA_Draft#Definition_of_.22international_players.22). That’s about it when it comes to rules, although if they’re under contract to another team there can be other issues, as anybody affiliated with the Minnesota Timberwolves could tell you. ---
