# EV / Plug-in hybrid owners: how do you clean your windshield in summer and winter?

Except when you need the squeegee most due to salt spray, in the frozen winter, there are very few of them around. Most of the gas stations don’t put anything in the bucket in winter so it doesn’t become a giant popsicle. Very annoying.

Around here they put in them in the windshield washer liquid that contains antifreeze, which most people buy to put in their cars.
