While you won’t find Paulette Goddard likely listed as a silent film star, she certainly starred in Chaplain’s last silent film(1936) Modern Times. If there was ever a woman in a silent film who looked sexier to me I can’t think of it right now.

No one’s mentioned Marie Dressler? She was QUITE popular in her day – an older character actress, I believe.
Also, the Great Sarah Bernhardt did at least one silent in her later years.

I’ve never seen her movies (though I have seen stills of her) but I just love the name - Vilma Bánky.
She appeared in silents with Ronald Colman and Rudy Valentino and she married a guy with another fabulous name, Rod La Rocque.
