Our subject is Evelyn Romadka, a former citizen of Milwaukee, and later, a leader of a gang of female thieves in Chicago in the pre-WW1 era.

Does anybody have a good book title on her?
Or even a chapter in a more general text?

Try different search terms, for example without the quotes or search for vampire queen. Some of the entries you can read at Google Books–since they are out of copyright, others at Internet Archive, others at the usual bookbuying sites like Amazon, or perhaps inter-library loan.
