# Ever accidently walk into the wrong public restroom (or have someone walk in on you)?

We were on our way from Baltimore to Pittsburgh, and we stopped at the outlet place in Hagerstown MD. I walked into the bathroom, looked around, and wondered why there were no urinals - but that didn’t stop me from going into a stall to pee. It was only after I walked out of the bathroom that I realized I had gone into the wrong one. Luckily, nobody had walked in on me.

The worst part was that afterwards I mentioned it to my wife and kids. They still remind me about it to this day.

Funny. I was going to mention this, too. I had to ask the server which is the men’s, as I could justify triangle and circle as being either. I was told triangle was for men and “isn’t it like that everywhere?”

I’ve told this story before about the Denny’s on the Las Vegas Strip. The stalls in the ladies room are in an L shape and there are only 2. One was occupied. I thought “Dang, that lady has big feet.” When I was washing my hands the other stall opened and this dude came out. I just looked at him and said “Well one of us is in the wrong bathroom and it isn’t me.” Poor guy went white then bright red and we both cracked up laughing.
