# Ever eat in a chain restaurant and think it was unique?

Years ago I ate at an eclectic little restaurant in Deep Ellum called “Cafe Brazil”. I did not find out until years later that they were scattered all over the DFW Metroplex.

In the Upscale department, [Oceanaire](http://www.theoceanaire.com/) [_CAUTION_: link may have loud swanky music]being a chain was a real surprise to me. It’s still my current favorite, though. It’s such a beautiful restaurant, like eating on the Titanic…and clam chowder to die for.

I want some right now.
