IIRC, “nada” can translate either “nothing” or “he swims”.

Took me years and about five readings before I got that.
Are you saying he thought cars were the dominant lifeform on Earth?
See, it’s hard for us Americans to get jokes about Ford’s name because we can’t wrap our heads around the concept that Prefect is a car and not a misspelling of ‘Perfect.’
Six months? Roughly 25 years after hearing the phrase “Le Roi Jean Quinze”, I found out, upon the death of Roy Jenkins (Brit politico), that it was a French pun on his name. Evidently “King John XV” was perceived as having too Royal an opinion of himself…
