Yeah! Thanks for that guys!! Phew!! On topic, its been three days, and no word from Amazon, who promised a reply within… three days. I am full sure that my complaint has been forgotten. It seems like I will be stuckwith my defective set. I just get this feeling, you know, a feeling that i can’t shake… its like… like… Ever get the feeling that a buttfuck was imminent? ---

THey don’t make those box sets there, in the warehouse, like they’re Santa’s Fucking Elves. They get cases of pre-shrinkwrapped items, all absorbed into and tracked by a computerized inventory system. Each item has to be accounted for. Your box set is an entirely different entity, inventorily speaking, from an individual Season Four disc, so it’s not AVAILABLE as an exchange OPTION because it’s not what you BOUGHT. What you bought was a BOXED SET, so that’s your exchangeable unit. Period. To insist that Amazon fucks up its inventory system just so you can watch your lameass fucking TV show a few days earlier than you otherwise would is just the most oblivious assholery I’ve seen someone defend for awhile. Now, I tend to use the word “retarded” probly a little too much. I just like the way the word sounds: ruh-TAW-dit. But I do so knowing that the person I’m talking too probably isn’t really retarded in real life, so hopefully I’m not hitting too close to home. But in your case I’m wondering if I should be a little more sympathetic, and perhaps I should avoid such words, since they might be specifically offensive to you personally. If that’s the case–if you actually ARE retarded–then I apologize for my insensitivity. I’ll try to stick to calling you “oblivious asshole” and things like that? K? ---
