# Ever had a trailer make you tear up? I just did.

[The Trailer Mash](http://www.thetrailermash.com/) collects trailers that people have made that can totally change a film’s tone. The first one I noticed was [“Shining”](http://www.thetrailermash.com/shining-romantic-comedy/), the trailer for Stanley Kubrik’s heartwarming comedy, although my current favorite is [“Ten Things I Hate About Commandments”](http://www.thetrailermash.com/10-things-i-hate-about-commandments-comedy/), Cecil B. de Mille’s high school romp.

I’m much the same way, in that weepies make me feel manipulated.. and then pissed off.

Sometimes I do end up seeing the movies, and even if I enjoy them I can never watch them again because I know Ill have to haul out the kleenex.
