A guy from my high school - two years younger than I, I think - made the news here several years ago. He had graduated and stayed in the area, getting a job as a local high school football coach. And marrying. All this went down the drain when it was revealed that he was “Ty Fox,” a very prolific gay-porn actor. His wife left him and his school fired him. I have no idea how his porn career progressed after that. ---

Actually, My Guy almost had an entire magazine about him, back in the 70s. He is extremely . . . well . . . off the chart, when it comes to endowment, and he needed the money for college tuition. It was an entirely solo shoot, and shortly after he received a set of proofs, there was a fire, and all the negatives and other proofs were destroyed. He then had second thoughts about the whole thing, and didn’t allow himself to be photographed again. He’s had film offers, but it’s not something he’d ever do (and he no longer needs the money). Every once in a while I look through those photos, but I think he’s way hotter now than he was then. He once mentioned to me that he’d do another photo shoot if it included me. Of course he was kidding; people would pay good money \*\*\*not \*\*\*to see me naked. ---

Interestingly, she’s actually a redhead lawyer, living in Dublin, and she appeared under a different name, as a blonde, claiming to be a hairdresser and to live somewhere else. She never told anyone she was doing it, and admitted under the influence one night that yes it was her, and she’d deliberately changed the hair color/name/occupation/address to give herself plausible deniability if it ever came up professionally (“professionally”, in this case, meaning the legal profession, not the nudie magazine modelling profession). ---

A girl I dated in high school was in _Penthouse_ when we were all in college. Or so I am told by the guy who dated her after me, who is still a friend. He offered to show me the issue, but I declined. She was pretty but not spectacular. She now teaches high school in California, and has not aged well at all. This was twenty-some years ago. Not exactly the type of model you’re thinking of but I went to high school with Rebecca Romijn of SI & X-Men fame, before she was famous. Friend of a friend, I remember her as a cute 10th grader when I was a senior. ---

I lived in Kansas City for a few years in the Seventies and attended UMKC. I had some classes with Jody Maxwell (you can read her bio at [jodymaxwell.com](http://jodymaxwell.com)). She was nice, friendly, good looking but nothing extraordinary. An XXX movie theatre opened (it was the Old Chelsea or the Chelsea, can’t remember which) and a few guys in one of my classes came back from a show saying that Jody starred in one of the movies. A big bunch of us went to see it - yup, it was Jody all right. She sure looked different on screen doing porn. Yowza! The only porn I’d seen prior to that was badly filmed gritty b/w stuff that involved things like senioritas and mules - really nasty stuff - and burlesque type shows (Tempest Storm comes to mind). At about the same time we saw Jody, \*Deep Throat \* and \*Behind the Green Door \* were just released (1972). A whole new era of pr0n was born. ---

In the early 1980s I was a Girl Scout leader and camp counselor. From time to time I have come across my former Brownie Scouts as adults. The first time this happened, I found it depressing to see one of my girls on the cover of a nudie magazine. I never looked inside to see whether she did the full spread, so to speak (well, yes, another reason I didn’t look inside was because the thing was shrink-wrapped). This hit me in two places emotionally: I was sad that this incredibly bright, talented kid was apparently making a living with her body, not her mind. And I was alarmed to realize that I am so old that the little Brownie Scouts I used to know are full-grown women now. In this girl’s case, **very** full-grown. ---

A girl from my high school senior class was the homecoming queen, and then one of the princesses in our local festival, and then appeared in Playboy’s “Girls of the PAC-10”. I saw her at our 20-year reunion a few years ago, and she looked almost exactly like she did in high school. ---

Well, it isn’t exactly in the spirit of “I knew this amazingly good looking honey” but I did know someone in a skin flick. When I was on FBM boats, we had a lot of time-off in the offcrew period and some guys went looking for something to do. One guy starred in several porn flicks and several of the crew fond out about it and bought copies. The guy was the most absolutely evil person I’ve ever met, he reveled in doing something bad and repeatedly drove one religious Captain into a frenzy.
