I’m with **neuro-trash grrrl**. Whatever it takes to get that show off the air! Has there been a more inane show in the entire history of television? Has there ever been a more wrong-headed children’s program? What exactly can kids learn by watching it? No language skills, that’s for sure, since the most these critters seem to be able to muster is a goofy giggle. ---

That was the funniest thing I have ever read! When I went to the site and my three year old was watching over my shoulder. Tinky Winkie! Why on earth would someone buy a toy for their child if they have no idea what it is about in the first place. Obviously she didn’t! I think I told this little story in the ask the gay guy site, but here it is again. ## When that whole deal about tinky winkie being gay started my husband made the comical satement that he didn’t want them in our house and that our childern couldn’t play with them anymore. I once watched ten minutes of _Teletubbies_. The scene consisted of Teletubbie A making a rude noise with his bottom by sitting down. This made Teletubbie A giggle. He did this two or three times. Then Teletubbie B came in. Teletubbie A showed Teletubbie B his new trick. Several times. Then Teletubbie B also sat down, made the rude noise, and giggled. Several times. Then Teletubbie C came in, etc. Ditto for Teletubbie D. This went on for ten minutes. I wouldn’t even care if Stalin or Torquemada filed a lawsuit. Whatever it takes to end that stupid show is perfectly all right with me. ---

You guys are missing the point. I could care less if Teletubbies are on. I am not its target audience because I am not a young toddler. It is the only show out there that focuses on very young children. Even Barney has an older target audience. It is completely harmless but to us it seems totally boring. I would much rather it stay on the air even if LaLa came out of the closet as a “donkey-raping shit-eater” (you gotta love SouthPark). This is because I would rather have the right to watch something than have some bastards come along and tell me that I can’t nor have the opportunity to watch it because they think it is not appropriate for their children.
