Howdy Y’all! Two down and three to go. Sinuses are still teh ick. Continued healin’ vibes to FCD and vibes for BusWife as well. **Ruble** that visual is just, well, disturbing! 😃 Does anybody know what’s got **MMMMMMM’s** so excitated? Yay, **ems**!!! Ok - hold those crossed appendages for just a wee bit more. I _know_ you’re getting tired… Mr R goes in for the drug screen tomorrow morning. Gah - this is such a long drawn out process. Hopefully he’ll start on Monday, if everything is clean. Not that the manager has said that. Just finished helping daughter with their taxes. Lots of fun… 😛 But at least it’s done. I need to get the yard mowed - the warmth and rain has caused the grass to shoot up. Stoopit grass. Here’s hoping for a good night’s sleep, so I have the energy to mow tomorrow. rah. ---

Taxes done. Not horrible. I don’t like what they did to TaxCut (now known as H&R Block at Home). But I spent considerably less than other years (software and federal filing was free, state filing was a bit more expensive than I remember, state software was cheap. Thanks for the LOL, **rosie**. I spent 30 minutes on the treadmill tonight. I wanted to go longer, but could feel myself getting just a little light headed. Although I wasn’t quite running, I was walking at such a fast pace that I should have run, I guess. The important thing is that I did \*something, \*rather than just sit around. I haven’t been feeling good about myself lately, and hopefully this will help to feel a little better. At any rate, I actually feel pretty good and am actually looking forward to working out some more tomorrow. If the weather cooperates, I may go run outdoors. I won’t be able to run for the whole time, but I’m damn sure going to try. ---

All sorts of oddness at irk. The cafeteria and food court are changing hands, so to speak. Whoever decides such things has decided that it’s time for Aramark to pack its knives and go. Someone called Compass is coming in next week. The fire drill was fun. Not. The problem with doing a fire drill and getting 10,000 people out of the building is that it takes quite a bit of time. And it really screws up the traffic in the area to have so many people pouring out of a building and crossing roads. All in all, it was good for being completely unproductive for a bit more than an hour. **GT** : Do your taxes. Now! ---

Like I mentioned, school is almost over and thus I’m starting to worry about grades. So I figured out what I’ve done for my 1-unit independent study, and I’m more than on track for that. I’m more or less on track for two of my other classes too. I just have to worry about the flash class and I’m going to talk to the teacher next class session. I have a nasty feeling I’m going to need to take an Incomplete on that and finish it over the summer. Oh and I did my taxes (yesterday) and, while I don’t get a refund (and I certainly didn’t expect one), I don’t owe anything either. At very least that’s what the software said. I was bad and bought things I didn’t need. This time it was hats that were on sale - a red fedora, a leopard print fedora, and a grey newsboy cap - I love newsboy caps and can’t get enough of them. And two pairs of argyle socks that were a buck each. I also got the costume things I wanted to get for the video I need for my flash class. ETA: I also went to the GradFest, as I needed to do and got the stuff there. I still have to do one thing online for that. ---

Remind me that the sooner I do the Economics homework, the sooner I’ll be done with it… I can pass the course with anything other than a zero, but I suspect that handing in the recipe for potato omelette wouldn’t fly. Too tasty and juicy, as opposed to the official and extremely-dry subjects. ---

Blurf. Irk. Nothing exciting going on here, went to the pub last night and had some beer which was very nice. I am feeling all saintly today because I had enough Fat Club naughty points for three drinks, but I only had two. So today my halo is bright and shiny but the scales were extremely rude to me. That’s so unfair! Off in search of tea and excitment, something tells me only one of those will actually be found. ---
