Review I’ve read are mixed, but I think their ad campaign of “zombi-fying” well-known Broadway posters is brilliant:

I saw it in Toronto last year.
It was an excellent, funny show.
It closed, and was then re-mounted this year. Apparently the current version’s cast isn’t as good, but the same guy is playing Ash, and he’s outstanding.
I saw it in Toronto as well and it was fantastic. The blood splatter was great, the songs had just the right amount of “camp”
I bought a shirt (yes I am that kind of geek) and every one at work was SO jealous (its ok cuz my friends are that kind of geek too 
).
My favorite line- “I’m going to bitch slap evil with my one good hand”
A friend of mine wants to mount an expedition to Toronto for a bunch of our friends to see this. His wife was in Toronto for a conference recently and loved it so much she saw it three times.
I took my sister to see it as a Christmas present a couple of years ago.
We saw it at New World Stages in NYC. We sat just outside of the splatter zone and we both loved it. (photo evidence ) We’re both huge horror fans and Evil Dead has been one of my faves since I first saw it when I was 12 years old.
I have the soundtrack and listen to the songs often. My favorites are Housewares Employee and What the Fuck Was That?.
If you liked any of the movies at all, I’d definitely recommend it.
