Yesterday, after work, I popped into the supermarket on the way home. I needed to pick up a few things (bananas and vegemite, in fact). On my way back to the checkout, I decided to wander down the chocolate aisle - you know, just in case I had a chocolate emergency. An they were there. Grinning at me. Mocking me. It’s January! The easter bunny is supposed to be hiding away making easter eggs. But no, the little bugger was sitting on the shelf, surounded by eggs, looking smug. I am not emotionally prepared for easter yet. Christmas is barely over - I’ve only been back at work for 1 week after the Christmas/New Year break. Easter isn’t for three months. Round here, easter bunnies and eggs melt in January, it’s too hot for them. They can’t survive in the wild. But try telling that to the easter bunny - the evil sod doesn’t care about all the little bunnies and eggs - distributing them willy nilly to go to their deaths three months early, and traumatising innocent shoppers like me. ---

Were there any Hershey’s Candy Coated Easter Eggs? I love those things, and around this time of the year I start counting down to when they’ll be available–got to get thru Valentine’s Day first, then the Easter candy will be out. You’ve given my hope **robinc308** , maybe this year the stores around here will lose perspective and put out Valentine and Easter candy_at the same time_. Oh joy, oh joy, soon I’ll have my candy-coated eggs, yum, yum. ---

**Kallessa** - no Hershey’s Candy Coated Easter Eggs, I’m afraid, but then, here in Australia, you don’t see a lot of Hershey’s anything, and what you do see, you have to hunt for. ---

Note there was no response to the cadbury mini eggs. I think **robin** has found them and is hoarding them for her own. Unhand those eggs, m’lady!!! ---

There were probably cadbury eggs. I didn’t take the time to check - I rushed passed before the easter bunny eyes pierced my soul and turned me into a quivering heap in the middle of the supermarket. Instead, I got a block of Cadbury hazelnut dream… ---

Its never the wrong time of year for chocolate! My boss has just asked me to order 10 thousand mini easter eggs for a promotion we are doing. Mmmmmm 10 thousand eggs - wonder how many of those will get out of the office alive. ---

Never the wrong time of year for chocolate, but it _is_ the wrong time of year for the chocolate to be delivered in egg and bunny form. ---
