# Evolving language, or just stupid?

The other day in Costco, I saw a bag of frozen “tilapia loins.”

The mind boggles. Do tilapia _have_ loins? What do they do with the rest of the fish?

Apparently they do. It’s the top part of the fish, along the spine. I guess if you cut it right, it’s thicker than the fillet.
