# Excel Question regarding multiple lists

Excel Question:

I am trying to create dependent drop down list containing unique distinct values in multiple rows and columns. So for instance, I have multiple lists saved in my excel workbook; but I only want a certain list to appear depending on what the user selects. IE, If in cell B1, a user selects "Director” and in cell C1, a user selects “Critical Element 1A”, in cell D1 I only want the Director Critical Element 1A list to be available for the user.
