So we can’t agree on the level of sophistication of the clientele, or the need for fancy chairs. ---

I don’t know why you guys are assuming russian guy’s company sells furniture. They clearly market a Scotchguard-like protective coating _for_ furniture that is not particularly effective, hence the big fuss over people eating on or near the couches. ---

At consumer fairs, product placement in your display is the first thing. The second thing is what you can place in your competitor’s display. You do realize, of course, Russian Heel, that the people filling your booth with uncouth are not there at random. Time for you to out-bid your competition when it comes to positioning posteriors. ---
