7-14" predicted for Denver tonight and tomorrow. And you know what? This one looks like a dusting compared to what is coming in for Monday - Tuesday. The forecasters are speaking in hushed tones. I’ve had 120" (ten feet) of snow so far this winter. CLOSE ON ITS HEELS IS THE NEXT UPPER WAVE COMING ONSHORE IN CALIFORNIA ON SUNDAY. MODELS IN GENERAL AGREEMENT AS THEY SHOW THIS WAVE CLOSING OFF AGAIN OVR THE SRN GREAT BASIN AND FROM THERE MOVING THE H5 LOW ALONG A SIMILAR TRACK AS THIS LATEST SYSTEM. WILL HAVE TO WATCH THIS ONE AS **MODELS ARE ALREADY CRANKING OUT SOME PRETTY BIG SNOW ACCUMS FOR OUR AREA DURING THE MONDAY-TUESDAY TIME FRAME. CAN`T BELIEVE SOME OF THE NUMBERS I`M SEEING BEING THAT FAR OUT.** ---

This cold weather is seriously pissing me off. I’ve lived in the midwest my whole life yet I am still surprised when it’s 30 degrees in April. After we had a week or two of flip flop weather. I love my flip flops. I do not like my coat. This effing sucks and it’s depressing me hardcore. I want to go on nature hikes with my boyfriend and go to parks, not wear sweaters and two pairs of socks and stay inside. Boo. ---

The warm weather 2 weeks ago here in Minnesota must have fooled folks. There was a 70 car pileup during rush hour last night, because of the snow. Um folks - How could you forget how to drive in snow that quickly? ---

I was supposed to pick up my new motorcycle today. Now I have to wait until next week – if I’m _lucky_. Oh, and people didn’t forget how to drive – they just already changed into summer tires. ---

Ya know, it’s not so bad getting snowstorms in April. And it’s really nice getting warm weather in March. And it’s enjoyable (though not very seasonal) to have a mild, snowless December. It’s getting them in the same six-month period that has me ready to spit. ---
