Also, Slumdog Millionaire has a British director, producer and screenwriter, which is another reason that it’s not really a Bollywood film.

I don’t go to the cinema very often but my last memories of _entractes_ in movies go back to the mid '80s :dubious: .

[There are a few examples, none all that solidly established as crossovers from major career in hardcore porn to major career in mainstream film AFAICT.](https://www.indiatvnews.com/entertainment/masala/top-porn-stars-turned-superstars-1600.html) As articles like this tend to note, there is actually a fair bit of similar career blur between porn (mostly softcore) and mainstream for a number of Hollywood stars too, but Hollywood doesn’t talk about it much.
