I’d put a young Mickey Rooney on a list with Ryan Reynolds, Justin Bieber and Daniel Radcliffe as hotties of the “boyish charm” phenotype.
He was always dating the hottest young things in Hollywood also. That in itself makes him attractive to other young women. And he was getting those dates because he was a very successful movie star.

I think you missed my point. There are people who are attracted to short, dumpy bald men, just as there are people who are attracted to tall, skinny, flat-chested women.
And there are also lots of people who don’t care what the physical characteristics are.
Whatever the characteristics, there’s a “list” that includes them.
