The trinity is not three seperate Gods, it’s three aspects of one God.
For instance, in English we have me, myself and I. All three mean you, but it’s just one.
Or I have a mental state, an emotional state and a physical state. Each one can act independently of each other, and each one can influence the other. For instance, I may get a panic attack when there’s no need to panic. This is my physical acting independent of my mental ability to see there’s nothing to panic over
I like to think of the Trinity as God
