# Explain this copyright situation to me, please

For various reasons of my own, including such action not solving my problem, me not being a snitch, personally disagreeing with much of US copyright law, and my disgust at the company’s crummy anal-retentive policy and poor grammar on their “we’re watching eBay” page.

They even reserve the right to have listings removed because the listing includes the name of the company. They claim that only THEY have the right to sell merchandise they make, which is preposterous. I bought the jackets, they’re mine now.
