# Explain this Dilbert installment to me. (5/23/05)

**First Panel**  
Dogbert: There’s a medical procedure that will make you more attractive to the opposite sex.

**Second Panel**  
Dogbert: The doctors would remove every part of your body and replace them with the parts from an attractive guy.

**Last Panel**  
Dilbert: It sounds painful.  
Dogbert: Not if you do it all at once.

This was the comic from May 23, 2005 and I found it via an RSS feed, so I’m not sure I can link to it.

Is it supposed to be funny? What am I missing here? Knowing me, I’m probably overthinking it. I haven’t read Dilbert in ages, so if this is par for the course, I see I haven’t been missing much.

If you replace _every single part of you_ at once, you’re simply trading places with another person.
