# Explosion in Times Square

Little more than a half hour ago. No reports of injuries. Subways stopped into the area.

I see that according to your link, the police are gathering outside a military recruiting office that has a large hole in the window.

Doesn’t sound serious, though the effect on the national psyche may be more powerful than the device itself.

(Ridiculous conspiracy theory: Hillary did it to undermine Obama’s stance on the war on Iraq.)

Nope. It was the last gasp of the Huckabites, symbolically attacking McCain via a US Navy recruiting office. Someone saw a vision of a pissed-off Jesus & knew they had to act on it.

Seems to be a very small explosion as an attack on the recruiting station in Times Square.

Apparently this is the same MO as the guy who set off a small bomb near the Mexican consulate several months ago.
