No doubt most languages use sarcasm. I have read in Italian the suffix _azza_ is sometimes used to express a sarcastic note. In others, you have to go with tone, facial expression, body language, discordance, emphasized words, etc. which can make Internet discussions hard to interpret /s.

Are there other languages where there are written ways of expressing sarcasm?

Maybe the suffix _zuelo_ in Spanish? But that is more “petty”.
