That humpback angler fish I think is really just an ancho chile that got tossed overboard.

That grew teeth and a Britney Spears microphone.

The flesh of the two fish eventually fuses “and they remain connected, permanently. It’s sexual vampirism, with a bit of dwarfism thrown in. They have found females with up to six males attached.”

is pretty durn nasty sounding too.
“Sexual vampirism, with a bit of dwarfism thrown in” does sound like a fun weekend though.

The wonky-eyed squid made me laugh.

"What are we going to call this thing then?

Well, his eyes look a bit wonky…

Right, The Wonky-Eyed Squid it is!"

We Antipodeans are not the flowery types. We call it as we see it. If it’s wonky why not call it wonky.

Just be happy that the geoduck (gooey duck) wasn’t discovered by Antipodeans or it would be known as the Giant Dick clam.

And so would the SDMB poster currently known as **geoduck**!
