When my ex-husband and I first started dating he brought this up. I guess his ex-girlfriend used to do this to him or he did it to her or something. He wasn’t talking about a closed eyelid either… he was talking about _his_ tongue on _my_ eyeball. I’m open for trying new things sexually but eyeball licking is taking it a bit far. Needless to say I didn’t let him do it! ---

Interestingly enough, there was eyeball licking in Nabokov’s Lolita. In Chapter 11, Humbert Humbert licks Lolita’s eyeballs. First to get something out of one of them, and then just for enjoyment. _blink_ _blink bli–_ …aw, &??%$! I can’t even use my standard expression of incredulous surprise! This is definitely the weirdest thing I’ve seen on the SDMB in, I dunno, _days_! Once again the world provides something I would never have imagined on my own. Like most things I have no interest in, it doesn’t seem so much evil as _incomprehensible_. I don’t really comprehenr how someone would like it, but then I don’t comprehend how someone would like smoking, cheese, anal sex, heavy makeup, or gangsta rap either. Different tastes for different folks, I guess. I will remember the contact-lens line for use when refusing the experience. I’ve never tried it, but I’ve certainly heard of it. Am I that weird for thinking it sounds kinda hot? I mean, I admit I’m a perv, but this seems a lot less strange than SOME peoples’ sexual exploits . . . ---

There is an elderly lady that was shown on Ripley’s Believe It Or Not. She licks dirt and debris out of peoples eyes. I have had my eyeball licked as well as been the lickee and found it fairly pleasurable but not earth shaking; I think it is more of a trust/intimacy thing rather than outright sensation. I have to say that I don’t really find the idea that horrible and am not squeamish about it but I do understand why people are sensitive about their eyes. I think that a better alternative and one unlikely to make even the most prudish person squirm is eyelid kissing. I find having my eyelids kissed to be very sensual and relaxing. ---

I had a boyfriend when I was 15 whose eyeballs I really, really wanted to lick, for reasons I’ll never understand.
