# Facebook Block

Hi! I am friends with someone. I can see their posts in my news feed, but if I jump to their page, their statuses in my news feed aren’t on their wall. Have I been blocked from posts and this is just a bug?

So your friends’ posts appear on your home page, but you don’t see those same posts on their own wall, is that it?
I’m not sure that’s possible. I mean, I’m not doubting you’re seeing this, but it’s my understanding that if your friend was hiding posts from you, you wouldn’t be able to see them _anywhere_, including their wall. In other words I’m thinking it’s some kind of bug.

Yes, that is the case. I’m wondering if it’s a bug from that person’s end. I have been seeing everything they’re posting in my feed, but the same stuff isn’t showing up on this person’s wall. It’s really strange.

Could be something like the posts are set to be shown to a group, and you are in that group, so they get sent to your newsfeed. The posts are also hidden from their timeline, so that people not in the group can’t see them on the friend’s timeline. And the site hasn’t been programmed to show posts to a specific group when a group member is on the timeline - the only setting that matters is “don’t show on my timeline”. It’s either a bug or a feature.
