# Fact IS stranger than fiction

Unfortunately, you’re STILL just assuming the worst about drinking. It’s entirely possible to be a habitual, regular drinker without just aiming for Fucked-Up Ground Zero every time you tilt back the bottle.

Maybe your family likes the loose, warm feeling of being tanked. It IS an interesting feeling, and frankly, I think you’re passing too harsh a judgment without even looking into it yourself. I’m not saying to jump for the Wild Turkey the day you hit 21, I’m just saying, “Don’t knock it 'til you’ve tried it.”

I think we are going to continue to disagree. I do pass judgement based on what I have experienced. I’ll admit, what I have experienced is a very narrow portion of the drinking world, and I may be wrong, but what I have seen is a turnoff. We apparently have different tastes. As I have said before, this will not stop me from trying booze. I might find something I like and drink it occasionally. I simply have no desire to be drunk.
