Surely a Zen Master would tell a disciple “Be.” And yes, sentences with understood subjects are indeed complete. “Be quiet!” is obviously a complete sentence. Not so sure about interjections standing alone…but I like the IDEA of “O!” being a sentence.
How is this possible?
