# Failed to connect to a Windows service

I keep getting this annoying message every time I boot my laptop. Is it done? It boots into this weird 1999 style layout, large icons on the desktop as well as on the bottom. It’s also running very slow.

I will. I log into work regularly and work requires a bunch of anti virus stuff.
