In the “after” pictures, I see a woman with very large breasts. In the “before” pictures, I see… a woman with very large breasts. They look about the same size in both-- Any differences could just be from better support in the “after” pictures. Mind you, this doesn’t mean that she didn’t have surgery: She might have. But if so, it was before any of the pictures posted here. ---
