After actually looking at the OP’s pictures, I think that she was naturally busty in the early photos, and got some sort of lift or enhancement as she got older. In [the one where she’s wearing the gold bikini](http://www.omlazeni.cz/index.php?action=downloadfile&topic=12467&upfile=726336&sub=1) they look like big versions of the real thing. But in [the first picture of the last “After” link](http://www.mixedmartialarts.com/thread/1366473/Denise-Milani-Goldmine/?&page=1), they’re clearly more convex on top than before, and than natural boobs are. It’s subtle, but noticeable. That points at aftermarket enhancements. What’s more interesting, is that after some Googling, apparently she doesn’t do topless or nude shots. Seems kind of weird to me to get a boob job and not show it off more. ---

Denise Milani boobs look almost natural.But probably fake. I knew an italian american girl in high school who was pretty like this and boobs this enormous too.She knew she looked good and wore black spandex tights or white stretch top and spanky pants to highlight her measurements. One guy even joked to her that" your boobs so big you cannot see your toes." and she said “she couldnt” haha.And this italian American high schooler boobs were all natural too!!She was only 14 looking like this! Really built chick! ---
