Uh? 😕 How does that conflict with what **Diosa** posted? Your wife didn’t have the surgery that removes the nipple, so that’s completely irrelevant with regards to

Fake boobs done well are all fine and good (appearance-wise, as I’ve never felt any of 'em) but the “grapefruit halves bolted to the chest” look is rather silly, IMO.

Having big boobs is neat, but a bummer since I know they’ll droop as I age. I’m currently a 36F or 36G (depending on the bra style and manufacturer) and I like them that way since they balance out my hips to give me an hourglass shape. Down the road, I’d consider a lift or something, where they lift 'em up and create an internal bra with scar tissue, but only if I didn’t lose volume. I don’t have any back pain issues related to the boobs, so at least there’s that.

I saw an episode of _Dr. 90210_ where a lovely, petite 16 year old girl got breast implants as a gift from her mother. The change was relatively tasteful; they were noticeably large but not outrageous.

Still, I really don’t understand why girls get implants at such a young age. Don’t a lot of women’s breast continue to grow naturally until their early 20s? I would imagine that implant surgery while breasts are still developing would likely result in distorted or misshapen boobs down the line.

Most times they don’t **remove** the nipple. They cut around it and move it.

Looking at the scars it SEEMS as if it was cut off and moved.

I’m just saying…

And yes, there are times where the nipple is removed.

You are right!
I guess you two better take me to the pit and slap me around with removed nipples.
All I was saying was this is not as common as it looks.

I think they used to routinely remove the nipple for breast reduction.

> I don’t see anything wrong with fake boobs, so long as they are done for the individual sporting them and not someone else. Personally, I think [Christina Aguilera (from GQ magazine, probably NSFW!)](http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d4/diosabellissima/00002f.jpg) has the best fake boobies I’ve seen- they look so good that you know they have to be fake, but they’ve got a nice drop to them.

😕 How can you tell Christina’s are bolt-ons? Some very petite women have naturally large breasts. I don’t have a huge amount of experience looking at boobs, er, tits, whatever, but these look pretty real to me. Of course there’s no way of knowing how much the photo has been monkeyed with by GQ’s graphic-design department.

Now, gals, do any of you find yourselves copping a self-feel as you read this thread? Come on, fess up! Maybe it is all the references to droopiness. I grab on to the girls and think “Yep, still firm and perky!” (and I’m 36!)

Now, I gots to say that for the sake of aesthetics I do generally prefer the all natural brand of teats, nonetheless I don’t much care who made em, man or nature. I’m just pleased as punch some nice lady would bring a pair for to play with.

And for all you fake boobie haters out there, while I do understand and even more or less agree with your opinion, still perhaps I might introduce you one day to a friend of mine. She’s gotten the breast augmentation and is quite happy. She finally feels normal again. You see, she’s a breast cancer survivor. If she hadn’t let the doctors remove her breast, she would have died. And the way I understand it, for lots if not all women, their breasts are to them what our testicles are for us guys.
You see where I’m going with this? For some, it ain’t about life choices, or what’s aesthetically pleasing. It’s getting back, to some degree, a part of yourself you thought was lost.

I believe that i, and quite a few other “fake boobie haters” in this thread, have explicitly made exceptions for reconstructive surgery such as this. It is, as far as i’m concerned, a completely different issue from someone who just wants to walk around with globes attached.

Sweet of you to make assumptions about what I said. Very large breasts run in my family- in fact, I’m the flat chested one (at a D). I’ve seen what happens to my family members’ boobs once they start to age, have kids, have weight fluctuations, etc. I know that when my body starts to look like that, I wont be happy. Not to mention the fact that my mother has crippling back pain from the giant things she has hanging from her chest- pain so bad she can hardly get out of bed some days. My grandmother was the same way before her reduction and lift.

Lucky for you, I wont be caving to anyone. If I do decide to make a change on my body, it will be my decision because it will make me happy. Just like I wont “cave” to the fake titty brigade, I also don’t plan on caving to the Natural Titty Nazis. My body. My decisions. All that good stuff.

Now, if I said I was going to do it because I want to be loved and accepted by society, sure, then your snarkiness would be warranted. If I said I wanted to do it to make my boyfriend love me forever and ever, rip right into me. I just don’t think that the assumption you made was a fair one.

ya know, you assumed I was assuming a lot of things. But all I was doing was poking fun at your perception of age 30 as being over the hill. I have no opinion about any of the rest of what you said… about surgery or whatever.

I’m 51 and still look okay and feel young, so I am entitled to snicker at anyone who uses age 30 as a benchmark for the body falling apart.

Point taken. Sorry if I came across as harsh.

As I said, I was speaking from what I’ve specifically seen in the people that I share genes with. Trust me, I wish I came from stock that stayed perky well into true middle age (which is what? About 50 nowadays? Genuine question. When I think middle aged, I first think 30. Then I realize that’st just stupid and reevaluate up to 45-50. Hmm, maybe I ought to open a thread asking), but alas! I don’t. You, my friend, are quite lucky.

“Middle age” is generally defined by most people as ten years older than they are, so thirty is about right for you. To me, middle age is 60. I welcome each new decade as it puts me in an older age category in the half marathon… and hopefully less competition.

I do know that I’d enjoy running a heck of a lot less with size D breasts.

As I get older, I find myself surprised at the ages of women I find attractive. I’m in my 40’s now and I will occasionally see a woman that’s 50-60 and think she’s appealling. Then I wonder if that means that when I’m 50-60, I see women that are 60-70 and find myself looking twice.

God, I hope so.

Another random thought from a twisted mind.
