Falling sick mid-flight

Aeromedical mystery; Any pilots or medical personnel care to weigh in?

As I’ve mentioned before, I occasionally deliver airplanes cross-country to their new owners. I traveled to the PNW via airlines last week to fetch a Cessna back to DFW. The 20-hour ride home in the little plane was uneventful, but the same cannot be said for the 4-hour airline flight. The plane was an almost full Airbus 319. Not a duplicate, but this isn’t the first time. I posted this thread after observing the same thing on a flight a few years ago. The crew ended up getting several of us to help those who’d passed out. I got some pretty good answers, but I still wonder what happened that night. None of the theories seemed to really fit.
