The cops moved in, batons flashing, i saw one coming at me, I managed to duck, a last second reflex, it missed me, struck the lady sitting next to me, fair square, laid her head open, she bled bad, the cops just moved on. i managed to catch the baby she was holding. For years i have been plauged with, should i have taken the hit, saved her, even tho i did not know her?, should i ask, Why take a baby to the front line? but admire her courage anyways? try.
