That’s the one. I started to use genocide because when my daughter was very young, barely talking young, she always wanted to listen to “the scary record”. She liked the beginning of David Bowie’s Diamond Dogs which ends with “This isn’t rock and roll. This is GENOCIDE!”. My child’s first words. (At the age of near-thirty, she is very tired of hearing this story. I know because she told me to quit teaching the phrase to her son.)
