I was surprised _Alien_ did as well as it did (even though I was among those who picked it). That category seemed wide open to me and I didn’t think any one movie was going to stand out from the rest.

Interesting, most of the mistakes/confused answers began with a B, I wonder why?

I was thinking it happened because, when quoting the OP, it was really easy to accidentally delete the required letter and leave the \*\* from the bolding.

That’s a nice theory.  
But alas, since I leave the quoted text with the questions in the top of the reply window, then write my answers below it - it can’t explain my own brain fart.

Maybe it’s more likely that in glancing at the quoted text it’s easy for someone to accidentally seize on the B as the letter they need to be thinking of…I’m out of theories otherwise.
