**Name a very successful and Emmy nominated Sitcom from 1970s.** Weighing the Votes, I get 5 for Sanford and Son. Show us **Sanford and Son** DingDing… I think this is the big one … The #10 answer!!! So 9 points to Blue. The score is \*\*48 for Blue \*\* and 9 for Red. 1. All In the Family 2. M_A_S\*H 3. Barney Miller 4. The Mary Tyler Moore Show 5. Taxi 6. The Odd Couple 7. The Bob Newhart Show 8. Happy Days (before they jumped the Shark) 9. Maude 10. Sanford and Son **X** - Three’s Company **X** - Mork & Mindy **X** - Waltons I will post the next question close to 10:30am EST. This could be the final round of this game, Blue is on the verge of winning. Red needs a big comeback. There was a question on the list and how I put it together: - IMDB list of Emmy awards for Sitcoms - TV Guide Polls of greatest sitcoms - [Jump the Shark Never Jumped list](http://www.jumptheshark.com/forum/jumped/36). - I pushed WKRP off the list as it was as it was more an 80s show than 70s show. - Keeping in mind Critical praise. Maude makes the list despite my not liking the show and Sanford and Son was not really very good for any amount of time but got some nominations and I like to make the 10th spot a little odd. I was surprised so many picked it. Threes Company was never very big with the Critics, though it got some Emmy nominations. If it was just a list of my favorites, SOAP would have made it and the Jeffersons would have made it. Chico and the Man almost made it. Mork had such a short run and only two good seasons. Rhoda could have made it, I did not see many Emmy noms for it or that it was high on TV guide lists. I hope this helps, remember in the end, the lists are arbitrary and I need them to be arbitrary. Wow! I’m interested (once again) to see the #1 and #2 games if Monopoly is #3! (By the way, **What Exit** …don’t think I am complaining/griping/questioning your boards.
