Looks like 4 votes for Norway and 1 for Luxembourg. \*\*IvoryTowerDenizen \*\* has many ideas, but nothing I would count as a vote so far. We’ll let this percolate a little longer. ---

[/QUOTE] I’m back- I like Luxembourg, but will go with the majority. According to my sources, ranked by GDP- Luxembourg is #2 after Bermuda. UAE and Norway are there as well. ---

I’m sorry guys, but we have way too many game threads running in MPSIMS. I’m closing some of the older ones that have, to a large degree, reached some ending point.
