While there, Peter paints the car like the General Lee (the car from Dukes of Hazard.) Peter jumps in and invites Brian to do the same, Brian tries, but Peter kept the window rolled up. Brian smalled into it rather comically and then was unconious on the ground while Peter asked if he was ok. ---

No, it’s a reference to an earlier episode - when the Griffins were in the South, and Peter was sherriff, he did up their car as the General Lee, but the window was up when Brian tried to jump in. ---
