Ok, I’m getting so sick of everyone telling me how handsome Anderson Cooper [http://edition.cnn.com/CNN/anchors\_reporters/images/cooper.anderson.b.jpg](http://edition.cnn.com/CNN/anchors_reporters/images/cooper.anderson.b.jpg) (of CNN fame) is. I think he is one of the most UN-attractive men I’ve ever seen. I also think that Prince William[http://img2.timeinc.net/people/i/2007/startracks/070219/prince\_william.jpg](http://img2.timeinc.net/people/i/2007/startracks/070219/prince_william.jpg) is unattractive. On the other hand, I think that Prince Harry is kind of cute, but most people that I mention that to disagree. What famous people do you find unattractive that (most) everyone else thinks is attractive? Eric \<----hope I did the links right… ---

Well, this doesn’t apply so much here (cause most of us are in agreement about her), but certainly does in the entertainment world, but… Fergie (not the royalty, the “singer.”) I admit she has a fantastic body, but her face isn’t just ugly, it’s oogly! (Plus, she wets herself on stage…seriously, she even admitted to it.) ---

Angelina Jolie. I just do not get it. Even when she was at a healthy weight, her face seemed, ah, unaesthetic to me. Now that she’s the showing off her skeleton through her skin, she’s a long away from appealing. ---

Another vote for AnJelina Jolie. I was just thinking that this afternoon when I was reading the new Newsweek with some pics of her. Not really bad looking but nowhere near the beauty she’s cracked up to be. Plus, I kinda like good tattoo on women but hers suck. Also, Julia Roberts. ---

[/QUOTE] I’ll agree to this whole post, with one caveat: with Alba, I can at least see what people are talking about. Intellectually, I understand she’s close to the ideal model of “un-freaking-believably hot”, but onscreen at least, she just doesn’t do much for me. For my own contribution: Aishwarya Rai. She’s certainly not _ugly_, but I’ve never understood what the big deal is. I’ve worked with a woman who looked pretty much exactly like her (albeit with less makeup), and she was universally agreed among the male staff to be in the "hot, but not smokin’ " category. (Side note: at that same job, I also worked with a girl who, with her hair done right, was a dead ringer for a young Charlize Theron. Sometimes I miss that job.) ---

I don’t even think Tom Cruise is too pretty. He’s just… icky. Plastic and fake, no charisma whatsoever. Brad Pitt also bores me. ---

I think Angelina Jolie is pretty but nothing to go crazy for although I will not tolerate tattoos on a woman. Julia Roberts OTOH is a special case. I won’t say she is ugly because the bar goes way lower than that but she is nothing special and I doubt I would hit on her at a bar. The whole Pretty Woman would have worked much better if they found, you know, an actual pretty woman.
