Any dopers here write fan fiction? Please post some links to your best fanfic here. đ
Iâll start. Iâm much more of a reader than an author, but I do have a short series of _Buffy_ AU crossover vignettes: _[Donât Do This, Donât Do That](http://www.tthfanfic.org/series.php?no=919)_.
Itâs uncredited, but I did the overall plotline for this non-crossover AU Buffyverse story: _[Kennedy the Vampire Slayer, Season 1](http://www.tthfanfic.org/Story-16570/becuzitswrong+Kennedy+the+Vampire+Slayer+Season+1.htm)_. I stand in awe at this epic that becuzitswrong has been developing from my sparse outline.
Anyone else care to share? If thereâs been an earlier thread on this subject, I couldnât find it with a search.

There is a doper here who wrote some of the finest _Harry Potter_ fanfic Iâve ever read. (Specifically related to the Marauders.) But I wonât post the links until and unless she posts here herself. đ
I wrote [one chapter](http://remus-recs.livejournal.com/5850.html) of what was supposed to be an ongoing HP suspense/mystery story involving Remus but got the wind knocked out of me by Book 7. I wrote a second chapter but again, after Book 7 I just didnât have the stomach for it; plus, itâd have to be AU now. Actually if you look on that site, youâll find my recommendation of one of the aforementioned Doperâs stories.
I also wrote a section of an _American Gothic_ fanfic for a round robin story, which is posted somewhere on the web but Iâll not link it since itâs under my real name. And some _Days of Our Lives_ fic, the later of which was never posted anywhere.

Iâve written fanfiction exactly once - because of this board. Someone wanted to do a Marvel/DC fanfiction crossover and I think of all the people who expressed interest, only two stories were written. Câest la vie.
I do participate in online play by post roleplaying communities which are, effectively, cooperative fanfiction, though. I write for various superhero characters there, and Xander Harris.

[Mineâs](http://www.geocities.com/mulderscreek/otherfics.html) primarily X-Files, but there are a few XF crossovers with shows like Joan of Arcadia, Supernatural, and some books like Anita Blake and Sookie Stackhouse. Series are listed first on that page, then completed stand-alone stories, then works in progress.
I also host [The Nursery Files](http://www.geocities.com/mulderscreek/nurseryfiles.html) archive, and there are over 1000 fics by various authors thereâŚwhich prompted my geocities replacement thread a couple of weeks ago.

Anyhoos, yeah, Iâve written a 'fic or two in my time. Mostly for the MTV animated series Daria.
Most of [my earlier stuff](http://www.outpost-daria.com/fanfic_n_author.html) is probably only accessible via the Internet Archive (I switched ISPs a few years back, and never reuploaded 'em. No one ever asked. âš ), and I find Iâm a _little_ embarassed to bring them up, though most werenât that bad. Maybe just a bit esoteric, or outright weirdâI _did_ do a couple of [songfics](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Songfic)âŚ[one of which](http://web.archive.org/web/20040104071506/http://www.home.pon.net/phoebeg/panzerfibbed.html) used the Panzerlied (It went with a punâŚand Creed was getting _so_ overused.) And another one involved [multiple offscreen murders/cannibalism](http://web.archive.org/web/20040409100130/http://www.home.pon.net/phoebeg/REALLY_guilty_pleasures.html). Another fellow actually wrote a sequel to that one!
